Elise Buie has been nothing but kind to me and given me much needed advice, as a lawyer and a human. Her firm is a well oiled machine that has multiple people working on your case in different phases to ensure the best results for you. No one "wins" in divorce or custody, but I can assure you when working with Elise you will have an understanding of your case and the possible outcomes. I would recommend this firm to anyone who has a family law issue.

Night and day from other firms. I think divorce firms should start being criminally liable for enforcing and facilitating conflict:) I had an idea. You should make a meme/business card. You could include it in your little care pack. Something like: Co-Parenting Quick Reference Guide 1. Always put the the kids first / isolate them from adult conflict 2. Strive to be the least crazy / emotional person in the room 3. Communicate like a professional / pause for 20 min and use AI 4. Parent and problem solve with purpuse just a draft/thought, i aint a pro se...

I'm a big fan of Elise's firm. One doesn't put out this much content into the universe if they can't back it up, and she has a lot of video, audio, and written perspectives on family law. Elise has sung from the mountain tops the song of her heart and has meant every note. Yeah, I'm waxing poetic but when we have to comment on the real deal simple words of trustworthy, genuine, and empathetic don't carry the zeal necessary to describe her people, her policies, her mission and her.

Told a mother trying to get her child back. I don't know if you want to do that he's in a very nice school. Refused to actually fight for her after saying they would and accepting a retainer. Charged her 10k and we're still on the same step on the paper work we were before there "help". Can't believe these people are aloud to be in business. Swindlers and thieves these ones. Also and most importantly child support was never a discussion with either party. After this lawyer talked to the fathers now they are asking for child support. They have done irreversible damage to this case now and made things worse for the their "client".

Elise Buie is a wonderful, caring human being, that has created a practice to service others. Highly recommend.
