I had a great experience with Hemmat Law Group. Devon Diaz, the lawyer in charge of my case, and Theresa Smith, the paralegal, were exceptional throughout the entire process. They were always keeping in touch, keeping me informed, and making sure I understood every step along the way. Their expertise in the law truly made a difference, and they handled my case with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. They made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and I always felt supported and confident that my case was in good hands. I highly recommend Hemmat Law Group.

I worked with Steve Hemmat and paralegal Rashmi for my divorce case and my experience was very positive. I've unfortunately had to interact with a lot of different lawyers in my life, and this group was one of the more organized, professional, and prompt that I've worked with. My case had some complexity due to a cross border situation (spouse lives outside the US and never resided in Washington) - if you have this issue, Steve has plenty of experience and knowledge and can put you at ease. They are very transparent about billing (mind you, they are not inexpensive, but they got the job done thoroughly and informed me of every expense clearly). I'm grateful to the team for getting me out of a rough situation as swiftly as possible and with a favorable outcome. I would recommend them highly for anyone seeking divorce and especially anyone with a cross border situation like I had.

My case was complex with adjusting parenting plan after 8 years and many changes in lifestyles for both parents. Susan and Jessica were an amazing team and helped through it even though we never met in person and now I feel confident to have an update parenting plan. They were highly recommended to me and I definitely would recommend them for my friends and family and my own future needs.

Really disappointing experience with Hemmat Law. Attorney was not able to give any good advice and just asked me what I wanted to do. Not all supporting statements were filed and thus not read by the judge to make an informed judgment. Financial disclosures were filed incorrectly at first and hence needing an amendment, causing the judge to think mal intention. The fees are collected weekly rather than as a retainer and monthly statements. Also fees were exorbitant, and certainly did not match the skill level of the attorney. As I proceeded with the case I found so many instances where the attorney did not direct me properly. Stay away from this expensive and inexperienced law firm.

Hemmat Law Group was nothing short of outstanding. They handled my divorce case with the utmost professionalism and care. Their team is truly dedicated to providing excellent service. My paralegal Katie was prompt and courteous in responses which made a stressful process more bearable. The team took the time to explain all the documents and was very patient with my numerous questions.
