Ben Schneider is not comfortable with explaining the details of what is best for the client attached to his case. He continued to delay the process of a estate probate with the executor of the family being my sister. She sold my mother's estate and never established anything into the account established for the trust and he was aware of this when he had issues with me and instead of nurturing me the client he ducked and prolonged me being informed about the conditions and when I made a complaint about the condition with the Circuit Court of Cook County he withdraw from the case. If you have any questions or concerns that he may know of he would rather act as though he is not mature enough to understand what is going on with the process than to make a effort to keep moving forward and get as much done in a timely manner. He is not comfortable compromising with the client's needs unless he is getting something more out of the deal than he has in store.

A great place to be lied too. They’ll tell u just about anything. Ended up having to find a different lawyer and owing these guys. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Mike talked a very great game till it was time to represent me. I thought it was an easy win. These guys are kinda just another road block if you going thru something serious.. literally got rear ended off the road and these guys got no fight in them for me.

My attorney david smith was about to get all my tickets dismissed and was very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend him anyone who needs legal help and i will be using him again if i ever do.

They are a joke! I haven’t received my complete file! The judge ordered the escrow be released and it took a month. I still don’t have an accounting of the account! Fraud?

I do not recommend using this firm for any bankruptcy case. Ben did not pay attention to details of my request to reaffirm both my mortgage and car loan. This directly is causing me undue financial hardship. He blamed the mail instead of taking personal ownership of his mistake. This was an important detail which should not have been overlooked prior to finalizing my case.

In a difficult period of my life, Ben Schneider was there to help me through it. my mother passed away and left a property behind. Ben Schneider took on my probate case and did an amazing job. He really went above and beyond. He walked with me every step of the way. I found a private buyer, and he took care of the whole thing. The advice and motivation he gave helped me a great deal.
