Dealing with the death of a loved one is hard enough — but hiring Tracy Justice to handle the probate process made it exponentially worse. What should have been a straightforward legal matter became an endless, confusing, and stressful ordeal, thanks entirely to their incompetence. Deadlines were missed. Paperwork was incomplete or filed incorrectly. Communication was nonexistent unless I chased them down repeatedly. Every time I asked for an update, I was met with vague excuses or outright silence. They clearly had no control over the process and no sense of urgency — or worse, no clue what they were doing. This lawyer's lack of professionalism dragged out the probate process for years longer than necessary, costing my family not just time and money, but our emotional well-being. The only thing they seemed good at was collecting their fee, which were returned to my family once they realized how badly they had messed up the situation. This was actually was a blessing because it helped us afford another lawyer to correct their mistakes. If you're going through probate and need someone competent, responsive, and respectful — look elsewhere. Tracy Justice was an absolute disaster, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

You will get access to talk to your lawyer scheduled after a month !!! Just a phone call ! Can’t have them as emergency immigration or any type of important services. Gave money but they never get in touch it’s going to be a month !! This is shit !!! This is ridiculous !

They charged for subpoenas that were never requested or served, and even worse, they billed me for conversations between their own staff. Instead of handling my case efficiently, they seemed more focused on inflating the bill with unnecessary charges. If you’re considering this firm, be prepared to scrutinize every invoice. Legal fees should reflect actual work done, not fabricated expenses. I strongly recommend finding an attorney with more transparency and integrity.
