Not a money hungry lawyer. Brian was interested in helping me aquire a low conflict and by result a low cost resolution to my situation. This man may be in a business where he gets paid for a service that more and more people are finding them selves in these days, but he will also encourage that if it's possible to make both people happy without the pain and cost associated with divorce it should be strongly considered to both work towards alternative measures to the divorce. Lawyer with a heart! Deserving and well worth the money!

Mr. Dykman was paid to file two QDROs for me a year ago. He attempted to file one incorrectly, and stopped returning my messages. I hired another attorney Pete Svennugsen, who is excellent, who figured out he hadn't done it right. So a year later I am just getting my settlement. He still hasn't responded or returned my fee as requested. He also operates with no liability insurance.

Brain worked with my wife and I on a Separation. Now after working with two big shot Atournys in Spokane, Brain blows them away not only in cost but accuracy, cayying and getting all necessary court docs through in a quick manner. I highly recommend Brain. TR
