Jill Johnson Bigelbach's Law Practice was the best decision I made while going through my divorce. Katelyn was very unprofessional, lazy and very inexperienced in the compassion department to say the least. I simply asked her to get the ball rolling & keep us updated after we paid the retainer fees and submitted her requested paperwork because we hadn't heard back. She quickly responded with a few lame excuses followed by "We can just refund your deposit ". My gut feeling was not to work with her from the start it felt like we were just a number on the pile and that she was very green and not aggressive driven to help get the job done, turns out by her response above, I was correct. She asks the tough questions to make sure that she is has good clarity of your position on different aspects of the divorce process. June 15,2020 I have had the pleasure of working with Jill Johnson and her team for several years. She was my attorney for my divorce initially filled in 2005. The original settlement was fair and the attorney costs reasonable. More recently, Jill and her team were instrumental in a post-retirement modification of my spousal maintenance obligation. It was a financially complicated case. With her straight forward approach she was able to completely eliminate any further financial obligation to my ex-wife, and relieve me of additional costly life insurance premiums.
