Bill McQueen and his Legacy Protection Lawyers firm was recommended to us by our Financial advisor Jeff Tillman. And both my wife and I were very much impressed following our 2 hours in-person consultation with him. He meticulously reviewed our existing Trust Documents in advance and recommended all changes in detail that we need to have it in place after relocating to Florida from Maryland. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and a very good listener. His co-attorney Claire McQueen Sater has been nothing but equally good to work with. After our initial meeting, we went back and forth with the newly drafted documents for all the changes we wanted and they both were so friendly and nice to work with until the Final Draft was completed. The signing ceremony was a very pleasant experience and even after that, they followed up to make sure all documents were to our satisfaction. Mr. McQueen (Bill) did an excellent job of guiding us through a very complex estate planning update. He and I were both CPAs in earlier careers and I really appreciated his attention to not only legal and estate tax issues, but income tax issues as well.
