My wife is a state employee as am I. My wife has experienced, Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation at work, when reporting the discrimination to leadership. False statements were put in her personnel file after reporting the discrimination. We contacted Cruz Law Firm for guidance. they charged us a $250.00 Consultation fee to tell my wife to look for another job. And said she needs to report the situation to HR. She reported to leadership above HR and experienced retaliation. Our complaint is why did Cruz Law Firm charge us $250.00 to tell her find another job?? We are writing this negative review because they should have just told her find another job and not charged us anything. We sent all the documents they requested they knew they didn't want to assist us. It is always the same thing with attorneys, they make the money and the one asking for guidance pays money and receives only frustration. We learned our lesson and will not contact Cruz Law Firm and tell anyone that asks us the same thing that they can not be trusted. you just have to pay!!
