There’s no way I can fit nearly a decade into a Google review properly. I was lead to Christina at Anton Garcia Law by a friend about 8 years ago. I was desperate, in a bad spot legally and financially. I wouldn’t be honoring God without saying that without His provision, I couldn’t have continued to fight for as long as I did. Christina told me when we first met that my case didn’t look good and that it would be expensive. I appreciated her up front approach but knew, for my daughter’s sake, I HAD to have the VERY BEST attorney. Christina and her team, from the very start to the very end, were ALWAYS available to me within reasonable time frames, if not almost immediately. They also communicated when they WOULDN’T be available in advance, so I knew not to bother at those times. As a girl dad, I knew I was up against a system that, even though nobody in the legal system wants to say it out loud, FAVORS MOTHERS. (There, I said it!) Christina took me and my daughter on and the journey began. For years I fought and sometimes felt I was losing ground (because I was and so was my daughter in this lopsided system). I didn’t always follow her team’s advice about keeping my mouth shut but I’m not one to remain silent about the truth. Christina continued to use the hands I dealt her in the best possible ways. My daughter is 10 now and we have FINALLY ended the legal battle with things as good as they can be for my daughter. I cannot sugar coat this so I won’t. With the truth and Christina, if you’re prepared to give all financially for what’s right (not right in your OPINION, but what’s right legally, morally, ethically, and every other honest way), then you HAVE to hire Christina at Anton Garcia Law. I don’t have but a few pennies left, but that is NOTHING compared to having my daughter. I can make money for the rest of my life. I CAN’T REPLACE A LIFE WITH MY DAUGHTER. Hire Christina, give her the truth, live your life honorably, spend WHATEVER it takes. If it doesn’t work out the way you want it to in the end (I didn’t get EVERYTHING I wanted but I got the most important things…full custody with all major decision making authority), then you can at least look yourself in the mirror without fear knowing you did EVERYTHING and used EVERY resource you had to fight for what is right. Your child will be able to tell the difference…. They are smarter than "the system" wants to acknowledge. Go to family, go to friends, do fundraisers, start a gofundme to help you out financially. (I did all the above). The fight for your child will not be cheap…. So you have 2 options. Don’t fight, or give all. If you choose the latter, Christina is your next phone call. Time to go to work 🙂
