I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your firm in handling a divorce case. My family and I entrusted your firm with $8,000 for legal representation, expecting professional and competent service. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of terrible and negligent. Despite the significant payment, the attorney initially assigned to my case was abruptly dismissed without any clear explanation. Following this, the billing has been poorly managed, with numerous errors and inconsistencies that remain unresolved. More concerning, however, is the complete lack of communication from this office. My emails and phone calls have been consistently ignored, leaving me without any guidance or updates on my case. This firm has made no effort to offer a resolution or to address these issues, which is both disappointing and unprofessional. This behavior reflects poorly on your practice and raises a significant red flag for prospective clients seeking divorce attorneys in Tucson. I strongly advise against trusting your case to your firm, as the level of incompetence and disregard for client concerns demonstrated in my experience is unacceptable. I hope this feedback serves as a prompt for this firm to improve its client relations and professional standards.

Uri Palmer helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my life. Trusting someone else to navigate matters so close to my heart was very stressful, but I never once doubted he knew exactly what he was doing. I am writing this review after an extremely stressful couple of months. My case should not have been complicated, but we all know how people can be. Michael Shumway is AMAZING! I’d hire him over and over again! I’m still in the middle of my case. However, he has done an amazing job representing me! He knows my case, without having to look everything up in his notes. He genuinely cares.
