Today I met with Kline to discuss asset protection strategies to implement. I found him to be down to earth and very informative. I would definitely recommend him to everyone for all your estate planning needs. I never once felt rushed into anything and I got the feeling that he actually cared which is something that's not so common in today's legal arena. We used Kline. At the beginning communication was great but then it suddenly dropped off. Extremely difficult to get info of any kind, a hold of kline or case updates. We were told once the account was spent down then medicaid would start covering the nursing home so we paid every bill he had, bought him anything we could think of. It was spent down by august. We filed for medicaid march 1st. Paid cash for nursing home and kline as well as spending down the account by August. He died October 31st and we never got medicaid. Nursing home staff said they had never seen it take so long. When I urged kline to push them to pay for the months after we met the spend down and after the enormous load of time consuming work we did he essentially told me to get over it, case was not gona get completed. I understand the government plays a part but it was clear kline was not checking in with them or putting pressure on them. And as expensive as he is he should have been. I would call after 3 months went by and his assistant would say he had not spoken with them, no updates. So I would not recommend.

Atty Kline Pillow provided excellent service. He clarified and answered all our questions about transferring our house into a Trust. Would recommend his services for any legal issue.
