I regret using Eric for my daughter's divorce. In my opinion he did nothing in her favor. It was like he was representing her ex and not her. She paid dearly monetarily and re custody issues. And his rates were not inexpensive. Also, in my opinion, he had no interest in truly helping her and lacked judgement, empathy, and a work ethic. I would not recommend his services.

I met with Eric Martinelli several weeks ago after meeting with other lawyers about my child custody dispute. I could tell right away that Eric was different. And he does it with grace. He treats you like a person, not just a client. He is extremely wise and knows his stuff. And he has class. He really is 2nd to none. He was honest from day 1, we went to 2 other attorneys before we found Eric and literally left both offices quite upset. When we found Eric we had hope, I know child custody (and divorce too) are emotional issues, and having Eric on your side will help.

I have personally recommended Eric for my client that was going through a very difficult divorce since his last attorney was not returning calls or billing for services not preformed in a timely manner.
