I know nothing about these other cases, but I do know that people are more motivated to write a review when they are angry than when they are satisfied. I also know that people who lose in court tend to blame their attorney rather than dispassionately assess the merits of their own case. I can only speak about my own experience with Tim White. He was my attorney for 10 years and he did so much for me and my family that even now, 21 years after our last day in court together, we consider him a family friend. Tim was recommended to me by a Superior Court judge. I was a single, non-custodial dad who moved from Ventura to Portland, Oregon. My only goal was to secure visitation rights with my child in Ventura. Tim got me full physical custody. Through the next 10 years my ex sued me for custody 3 times, and refused to pay child support in contempt of the standing order twice. Tim represented me all 5 times, and I was always amazed at his results. As a single dad with seemingly constant legal issues, I was not flush with cash, but Tim was extremely patient and flexible regarding payment. After the custody battles, Tim went on to handle a name change for a family member, and to draw up our living trust. I am grateful to not have need of a family law attorney these days, but if anyone I know were to ever need one, I could not recommend anyone more highly than Tim White.

Beware of attorney doesn't work cases in professional manner, shows up smelling of alcohol. Dragging cases out 5 plus years. Has numerous complaints to bar association

Felt taken advantage of, trusted him to be professional and keep in contact while I was stationed overseas, but instead he took the money and ran, nothing was complete in accordance with the simple flat fee services agreed upon, be weary and cover your rear if you decide to do business with this man.

All talk no show, folded like a chair on our case and never received a bill, just took all our funds and we got screwed. No thanks.
