My experience with Alderson Law Firm has been exceptionally helpful and pleasant in the matter of a not so pleasant situation. Christina, Isabelle and Mr. Alderson exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them! Isabelle was genuine about her work and I never felt like I was a burden. Communication with Alderson Law Firm whether it was via email, phone call or in person, was also wonderful, helpful and punctual. Even after I dismissed representation I had a very great experience with Alderson Law Firm, Christina was very personable and understanding, she went the extra mile when it came to getting me the information I needed to submit to the court. I would highly recommend Alderson Law Firm to anyone looking to get treated with respect, understanding and getting resolution with the representation of a stellar attorney and staff! I am very pleased with this office. I had some construction done that went south fast. James (Lawyer) took me the very next morning for my council and right away got working on my case. I am very grateful they were there to help me fix my problems I was having with a contractor. Right down to Isabel (Front desk/Phones) to the lawyer. They are all so wonderful and they truly want to help you. Especially when an injustice happens to good people. I recommend 100%... 10 stars

Called a few times regarding a case for civil rights and just had me waste time telling me to hold on the attorney would call me back after 3 pm and a few calls again to them told the same thing still waiting for them to call. He might be to busy for new cases.

I would not recommend hiring the James Alderson firm to handle any personal injury case. The entire process was a nightmare from start to finish. Communication was extremely poor, staff rarely kept me updated, and I had to call multiple times just to get a response. The attorney often said one thing and then did the opposite when it came time to finalize the settlement. Isabel, his right-hand assistant, repeatedly provided misleading information, and I had to explain the same issues to her several times. Overall, the lack of professionalism and consistency was very frustrating. If you’re looking for a competent personal injury attorney, you’re better off seeking one outside the High Desert area. Don’t waste your time here. If you want to be treated with respect, understanding, and like your case truly matters, do thorough research before choosing and hiring any attorney. James Anderson, your response that I consumed alcohol beverages is a LIE. It’s good to know not only should people avoid you. YOU LIE ON YOUR CLIENTS. I do not even drink alcohol. You should be ashamed of yourself and you are the WORST ATTORNEY WITHIN OUR HIGH DESERT COMMUNITY. We shall PRAY for you.!

Amazing law firm, they were very patient with me and thoroughly explained everything and walked me through the entire process. They did an amazing job and won our case. It was very complicated and super drawn out, but they stood by my side and dug in for the long haul. I'll never be able to thank them enough. I personally recommend calling them and discussing your issues with them. Everyone in their office is beyond amazing and very dedicated to your case once they take you on as a client.
