Words can't truly express how amazing of a person Mrs Valerie is. She's caring, intelligent, quick witted, and able to adjust to anything thrown at her. She got a backbone of steel and remember that goes both ways both in court and when you the client yourself is being difficult. Yes she's a very busy person but if she doesn't respond it's probably because what your sending her is nonsense. We all do it this is a very emotional area of practice !!!

Valerie has been on my divorce case for over three years and I wouldn’t want anyone else by my side. She’s compassionate but professional, and won’t sugarcoat things- especially if you have no grounds to be asking for what you’re asking for in your case- she’s honest with me, even if it hurts my feelings a little. But she has always found a way to help me in the way I needed her to. There are no words for the appreciation I feel for her and her team. If you’re looking for a lawyer she is not the one day of court she confused me with another client, the day I hired her she talked the biggest made me feel like she knew what she was doing. After hiring her she didn’t help me with anything barely took any of my phone calls no strategy to how we were going to go about the case. She was late both times to the court and didn’t say anything on my behalf. Seriously the worst out here!!!!!!

Miss Valerie Ross upon seeking services was helpful knowledgeable , attentive and patient and proffesional when speaking to Me With quick witted responses when it comes to making an argument I recommend this attorney There are lots out there who tell you one thing and it becomes another She is honest patient yet still to the point She is one of the few left in law who genuinely practice law how it is supposed to be practiced honorably to their clients going through difficult legal circumstances With her honest scope of work and knowledge that we need more of within the Victorville , San Bernardino area .

I wish I had red the reviews prior to hiring her. We paid her cash upfront and she did nothing for our case. We paid her $6,000, since then, she has not taken our phone calls or responded to any emails. She refuses to give us back our money for ZERO services rendered. I'm not sure how she's still in business.

Stay far far far away!!!! She charged me for someone else’s case!! Worst attorney! And waste of money! She talks a big talk like she knows what she is doing but when the time comes in court she has no knowledge of what is going on your case and is completely clueless… she needs to retire … was absolutely no help but a waste of money if anything and worked for the other side. Something told me to stay away with all the horrible reviews she has..I even gave her a folder of everything going on in my case and she still was dumb founded in the court room . I wouldn’t even rate her 1 star!!! Do not waste your time or money. I will be filing a law suit she’s so unprofessional and doesn’t take your case seriously… additionally I asked her to push my court date out so she can review my case and she told me no.. when we went in the court room this lady had no idea what was going on in my case when I gave her everything needed and so much information . She was there at 8am for someone else’s case..and I did not get in the court room until 1 and court only last an hr and she charged me for 4 hours!!! How is that so? Horrible horrible.. you are better off defending yourself.

Like the other clients commented previously . We started like she knows everything and we got the help we need but before and after a court day we felt cheated . She is not on your side . Who side is she on? We don’t recommend her services at all . Enough it’s enough
