I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing and costly. I paid a $5,000 flat fee for representation. After payment, communication became very difficult. A motion was filed in my case without my knowledge or prior discussion, which was concerning. When I attempted to get clarification, it often took several days to receive responses, and those responses usually came from staff rather than the attorney herself. I have not personally spoken with the attorney since September despite repeated attempts to get updates or guidance about my case. The representation was never formally concluded, which left me uncertain about my legal situation and feeling completely unsupported. Because of these issues, I ultimately filed a complaint with the Texas State Bar regarding the lack of communication and handling of my case. Hiring an attorney requires trust, transparency, and consistent communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to carefully evaluate their expectations for responsiveness and client communication before retaining their services.
