I hired Attorney Charles Bond in March 2025 to handle my case after the sheriff’s department failed to serve the defendant. I personally gave Mr. Bond my entire court file, including the official non-service notice, and explained that someone at the residence falsely claimed the defendant didn’t live there. Attorney Bond assured me that I didn’t need to worry and that he would properly serve the defendant and move the case forward. Since then, there has been no confirmation of service, no updates, and no progress. I have repeatedly asked for communication, documentation, or a refund, with no response. I paid $1,840 in total ($100 consultation + $1,740 retainer) and have not received the service promised. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to lack of communication and failure to act on the case as agreed.

Will be honest and not just take your money. If he thinks it’s going to be a waste, he will tell you.

I was so DISAPPOINTED and UNSATISFIED with Charles Bond . I was lead to believe they were going to to my case and was told the first meeting was to be face to face . I got a flight from Maryland to Macon Georgia to meet with him. The meeting was like he wasn’t hearing or understanding anything I was saying 🤷🏽‍♀️. Ask me to wait in the waiting area after a phone call I was asked to come back in , he said I can’t help you . This happened June 23,2025

I was not pleased with the services I received. I felt he was not in anyway concerned about my case nor did he work even the capabilities he has that I don’t as a legal rep’s representative. I just feel that it’s not right to take peoples money and not uphold your end of the deal. He’s a crook. Stay away.

Dealing with Charles Bond was horrible ! He does not investigate; he does not prove evidence is truthful; he believes lies and he’s unworthy of being a lawyer, in general! Do not hire this person!!
