Josephine is an excellent attorney who knows the law very well. She is honest, upfront & tells it like it is. She promptly returned my messages & went out of her way to help me. She was very helpful to me in 2012 & now again in 2025. I highly recommend her, give her a call & see for yourself!

Ms. Sbrocca handled my divorce for me and I appreciated how she doesn’t charge for every little detail like most lawyers and she let me know approximately how things would go instead of trying to make more money on my case. Had consultation with her about possibly switching attorneys in a messy divorce and she was frustrated with me and insensitive of the situation. She said she did not want to deal with my case. Update in response to her justification of her actions: She was not interested in listening to what actually happened, she instead assumed that it was the typical drama in a divorce with custody, equally blaming both parents but she had no idea of what measures I had already took nor did she ask. She spoke as if my situation was beneath her. I had higher expectations of you from your reviews. Too many times in that short conversation you told me things were ridiculous and what I can’t do or can’t prove without asking me anything. When getting off the phone with you I felt more helpless then when I called you originally. You have no idea of the actions i or my ex have taken and for you to assume that I took or take part in it is ridiculous. My situation is about a parent going out of their way to make my relationship with my children a living hell. Years of being in a violent situation and finally standing up for myself-wanting him and his family to not try to ruin my relationship with my children and miss Josephine considers it her business to tell me I’m part of the problem because that’s just her hunch. Quick to assume, lack of patience.

Down to earth, no nonsense. Josephine will tell you like it is, whether or not you want to hear it. She's honest and upfront about everything and I was aware of what the end result might be on day 1. I had no problems in communication by either phone or email, no matter how trivial my questions might be.
