I visited 1 bankruptcy lawyer prior to Tonya and was given all the reasons why a chapter 7 would not work and that Chapter 13 would be my only option based on a 10 minute assessment of 1 pay stub. My next contact was Shur Law and during a free 30 minute phone consultation with Tonya she listened and said get me your needed information and I will handle it. A few days later with information in hand and a 45 minute phone call to work on the details it was done. Next day I stopped in, signed papers, and the Chapter 7 was filed same day.
