My employer had changed how dependants would or would'nt be covered for insurance. A notice was sent out and was an oversight on my part. When I realized that the person I have been with for 26 years was no longer going to be covered under my plan beginning Jan. 1, 2026....I panicked. It was 2 days before New Year. I needed to get a lawyer's opinion letter and a notarized affidavit stating that we were common law. I must've called at least 10 different family law firms, and no one was going to be able to get us in immediately. Joseph Weber.....I can't give you enough praise. You went way above and beyond my expectations. In all this, you still took the time to sit us down and explain the ins and outs. We will always be grateful.

I received a, in my judgement, a bogus citation from a rookie state patrol officer and decided to contest it. Since I am out of state and passing through the trooper decided it was easy money and would not be contested. I contacted Webber and was warmly greeted by a member of the staff. Most o my dealings were with the legal assistant April. They told me how tings worked and I agreed to the one time payment and sent all of the documentation in to them. As expected I got my notice from April that my ticket had been dismissed. It was a pleasant experience and I do recommend them if you need help. Job well done!
