Young Bogle McCausland Wells and Blanchard

Went to Mr Bogle for help with transferring property after a death and he lied to me repeatedly. I chose this office because it was listed as an "ethical" practice. Jerry Bogle is NOT an ethical person.

Would not recommend at all. Blanchard wouldn't respond to calls or emails. In 18 months, he wouldn't file a child support worksheet. He seemed to be working more for opposing counsel than the person that hired him. He refused to file contempt and did nothing when my son was taken against court orders of parenting time. Now hes hitting me with a $6000 bill. He literally did nothing, but cause severe damage and allowed my son to be used a pawn.

Blanchard was hired by my partner to assist him in a family court case regarding his son. He agreed to a vital condition with the mother and her attorney without the consent of my partner. He has since refused to maintain contact with his client and the other attorney after having been paid for his services. My partner will be filing a grievance for the amount that he has paid to this office and the amount of back child support that has accrued since the date of file thanks to Mr. Blanchards complete lack of communication. I can also see that this is not the first time he has acted in this way to his clientele.

Pat Blanchard represented my daughter in a divorce. He and his office was nearly completely non-communicative through the period they were handling the case. The paperwork to finalize the different motions laid around for months without being processed. When we finally reached a breaking point due to the poor representation he explained he was busy on some other attorney's case as if that should make us feel better. The salt in the wound is the fact he continued to run up a bill even after he was fired. Pat Blanchard is a bottomless pit of attorney's fees and an attorney who will represent his own best interest not yours.
