I’ve never written a review in my life so I’ll start by saying that if you are looking for a lawyer Kevin is definitely the one to hire. From his courtroom presence to his grasp and understanding of my case, he’s not only the best lawyer I’ve had he’s the best lawyer I’ve ever seen in real life. Smart, concise and buttoned-up all describe Kevin’s legal style. I talked to Kevin on a Friday, met with him the following Monday for a court date the very next day. By Tuesday morning he had a thorough understanding of my case. All while keeping me calm during an incredibly stressful time. Usually with someone as talented as Kevin you’d say that after he was made they broke the mold. However; in this case his son (Kevin Jr.), who also helped extensively with my case, is a smart and accomplished lawyer in his own right. This isn’t even about whether or not he won (he did, of course) but rather the fact that he understood my case inside and out and argued it forcefully yet professionally. In short, if you are looking for a lawyer that will really pay attention to your case and not just "go through the motions", Kevin Black is the one. If you need a lawyer and don’t hire him you’re making a mistake.

I met Attorney Black many years ago through another law firm I worked for who highly recommended him. Since then, he has helped me and other family members with our will/estate questions and planning. In addition, he represented my friend and two family members for criminal charges with outstanding results.
