Legal Soft | Growing Law Firms Differently

I strongly caution against working with Legal Soft. I approached their team at a professional conference, gave only my personal contact information, and trusted they would treat it with discretion. Instead, they mishandled my information in a way that directly damaged a critical professional relationship and caused me serious financial and personal harm. I even gave them three weeks to make it right, but they didn’t offer so much as a simple apology. Trust and professionalism are essential in this industry, and unfortunately, Legal Soft demonstrated neither.

Not what we expected. The whole premise sounded great but the results have been less than stellar. Unfortunately, what's not completed by the assistant (because they don't actually know what they are doing) needs to be done in house and this makes the point of using this service redundant. I hope their vetting improves because we've wasted hours on this trying to make it work.

Our firm has been utilizing the services of Legal Soft for 2 years. They offer amazing customer service and a wide variety of employee options for our firm's growing needs. Their user friendly portal makes it easy and effortless to monitor and keep track of employee performance. We've used other VA companies but they are by far the absolute best. Meagan is a dream to work with with quick responses to any issues or questions I may have. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend them for any VA needs.
