I was in need of a lawyer within 24 hours. Attorney Ross Smith was one of several who advertised 24 hour service and or call back. To my surprise his firm was the only one to call me back within a few hours of my original call. I was already nervous and did not know which way to turn. Attorney Smith slowly and patiently explained and advised me of what my option were and what i should do. His office was willing to work with me on appointment time and was over all very personal and very professional on offering the services that I need without going over. I would certainly recommend Attorney Ross Smith to anyone who wants the truth and not be taken advantage of because of the situation they happen to need immediate help with.

Ross handled a speeding ticket for my daughter. He got the charge reduced to a non-moving violation, zero points and minimum fine. He also arraigned it so that she did not have to appear at the hearing. Very reasonable rate. Nice guy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I really don't know how to begin this review. My life has changed so much since my DUI case in 2018. My case was so Severe I couldn't even process it in my mind. Within 1 week my life spiraled. I remember the last time seeing Mr Smith in the courtroom i told him I will only see him in passing and never in court again and I just had the pleasure to run into him after a few years actually a couple of weeks ago in passing.
