Recently, I encountered another issue with our custody agreement, and even though I've moved out of Abilene, I didn't hesitate to reach out to Lee Ann. Sounded great in the beginning when hired. Then rolled down hill, 0 communication, no help, when calling the secretary would answer and always ask what I wanted rudely. Waste of my money got me in a worse situation. Feel like I paid for nothing but more grief. Feel like she was helping the other side win the case. Did absolutely nothing for me. Would not recommend at all.

Lee Ann is the best attorney I have ever had in the past 13 years working on my case with my daughter, it has been an up hill battle for the past several years trying to get custody of my daughter, Lee Ann and her team are extremely professional and understanding great people in general I can not say enough great things about them they pulled it off and got me custody of my daughter and being a man in the state of Texas it’s a rare thing to happen but they did it and I could never thank them enough for there hard work and prayers. I would 100% use Mrs Morris again if I ever need her in the future.

First of all I want to say that I would never ever want another lawyer!! Mrs. Morris did so much for us and her staff that we are super grateful. Recently, we retained Lee Ann and her firm for representation. Turned out to be an excellent decision! It’s the first time I’ve ever had to retain a lawyer and Lee Ann and her staff were wonderful. They were professional, accessible and friendly. During our ordeal, I found out how complex our legal system can be and how much of it I didn’t comprehend. Lee Ann and her staff were able to walk us through the process and make sure we understood everything that was happening at any given moment. Lee Ann didn’t have to help me, but she did and for that I will be forever grateful.

We used Lee Ann for my mothers estate and she took great care of us. Communication with both Lee Ann and her assistant Shannon was always prompt and clear. If we had any questions at all, they were researched and responded to accordingly. We will be using her for another legal issue in the near future and have full confidence in her and her team.

I would not recommend this attorney.. She will drop you 20 days before a Custody Hearing, and not let her clients know about her withdrawing from your case .. My niece lost 4 of her girls, due to Mrs . Morris not reaching out to her .. And my niece was not notified about the hearing, and Kids Father got custody, and no visits for my niece.. I did report her to the Texas State Bar , for her actions, and results to case .. case is public Ms. Lugo , and she was never served a motion of your withdraw, and was not told about her custody hearing, til she was a no show for court due to your withdrawal and everything went in his favor.. this is not a lie , these are FACTS . Why , would anyone make a this up .. case was 4 years ago. And she still has not seen her girls , due to what all went in his favor , on whatever he asked for .. she wasn’t there to defend herself or was aware of the custody hearing. That is the attorney responsibility to inform client about all Custody Hearings. These is not a lie Mrs . Morris
