I was charged with DWI in December 2024 while parked on the side of the road. I called New Mexico Criminal Law Offices and spoke to Ken Gleria. After the second of three pretrial hearings, we filed a motion to dismiss because there was a lack of evidence that I actually drove while intoxicated, and no witness to say otherwise.
