NM Divorce & Custody Law, LLC was very helpful in resolving a lawsuit set in motion by my late husband's mother. She was very straight forward with me right from the get-go (which I appreciated) and was not afraid to "tell-it-like-is" and give her opinion to my mother-in-law's attorney. She also gave great advice and instilled confidence in how to deal with my mother-in-law's nasty behavior and requests. The lawsuit was finally settled without too much drama. My experience with New Mexico and custody attorney firm was horrible and I will explain! I have a very strong case and I've been charged almost $15,000 with no results!!! after 4 month of unnecessary Court motions, communicating with opposing counsel that cost me a fortune still with no results or success to move the case forward for a true results and extremely damaged my pocket while their "motto" is to resolve the situation and try to settle! Long story short I have a new attorney that have made tremendous results in 2 weeks and I still have money left on the retainer, it is important to know which attorney to choose and to apply to right steps according to law!
