Having made a very big mistake, I started the painful process of trying to find someone who would help without taking my money (happily) and leaving me to my (richly deserved) rewards. Nick was very professional and always got back to me very timely while representing me. My case could have gone several different ways but he went above and beyond to make sure I was engaged in the right services before my sentencing and set up a meeting with the prosecutor with the intention of guaranteeing the minimal sentence, which he accomplished! I was very young during my criminal case but Nick always made sure I understood the information and never sugar coated what outcome he expected. Hired Nick Owens for representation on my behalf on a DUI charge I picked up in 2018 in Billings. I am from North Dakota. I signed a waver of appearance and never had to go to court even once in Billings. Nick did amazing work on my case and I ended up with just fines and some short classes I had to complete. This was my second DUI within 10 years so the plea agreement was great. Communication was always good and it was worth every penny!
