We received our green cards this week, and we are beyond grateful to Vadim Bychok and his incredible team for helping us through what turned out to be a very difficult and emotionally intense immigration interview. Despite our marriage being genuine, we encountered unexpected complications due to conflicting records—primarily caused by inconsistent transliteration of my husband’s name into English. These discrepancies could have had devastating consequences, including potential deportation. Thanks to Vadim’s professionalism, calm presence, and determination to advocate for us, the interview ended positively. His deep understanding of the law and quick thinking during the interview made all the difference. We were also incredibly fortunate to have an immigration officer who was compassionate and fair—a Wonderful Person with a capital P. I wouldn’t give this office and the lawyer Olga Bychok even 1 star, the worst and unprofessional staff and lawyer in all respects! We paid them the full amount, but in the end there is no results, no answers, they don’t pick up the phone, although they have three lines, and when you finally able to reach the office, Khatuna, one of the employees is always rude on the phone. Also Olga Bychok forgets what she was talking about, says one thing, and after a while refuses her words. Bychok mixed up details of our case with another person’s case, unorganized office
