Not answering the phone and the office is close early before the time of the office closing time,

The staff on the call was terrible. He didn’t even let me complete my talk and shut the phone on my Face. Tried to call back multiple times but he didn’t answer. Unprofessional and lack of experience I must say. I am in a situation and this behavior was something I couldn’t take. Need improvement or change the staff. Bring professionals.

This is a wonderful organization that deserves our support. Probably the best thing I can say is over 93%of their funds goes directly to programs that aid clients. Consider donating to them. If you are a church or business organization, consider ways to help.
