Ramos & Ramos

Not sure if this place knows what they are doing. Can't keep books or payroll for employees of other associated business. Or payroll in the accounts for people to cash their weekly paychecks ... Or their tax information so they can claim their taxes and get a refund. Would not trust!!!! 0/5

Closed a handful of transactions with Ramos & Ramos. They are professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with communication. Can't ask for much more, highly recommend!

I would never recommend them to anyone. We used their office when purchasing our home in July. They had several assistants working on our file, okay fine, but NONE of them were on the same page! We received different information each time we called and it almost caused some major issues with our closing. Thank goodness we had an amazing realtor who prevented anything major but the lack of competence and communication from this office and undue stress they caused wasn’t worth it. For what you’re paying this "attorney", give it to someone else who actually takes the time and pays attention to what her "assistants" are doing.

Josh Ramos handled my case. I gave him a call about once a MONTH to get an update, and they always answered or gave me a call when Mr. Ramos was not in court. I put all my trust in their hands, and they did everything to make sure I was taken care of. The case went for a while and Josh always stayed motivated and dedicated to protecting me as his client. Workers compensation really tries to drag you through the dirt, luckily I had Ramos and Ramos to help me out. As a person who unfortunately has had to use different firms for other incidents. Ramos and Ramos was twice as good as my other attorney who wouldn’t even return 1 phone call a month. If you’re a reasonable and respectful person who needs help, don’t hesitate to call Ramos and Ramos. I would also like to add something that people may not realize. " I called twice a day for a week". Give me your number and I will call you at work twice a day for a week, and you can tell me how many times you answer. Lastly, thank you Mr. Ramos and team for all of your hard work and dedication. I’m happy I’m finally finished with all the grief of workers compensation.

I have attempted to reach out to Kristina Ramos on multiple occasions to receive my escrow money and have never heard back. It has been over 5 months now of silence and I am unable to receive my money. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism that had been displayed and that she has continuously dismissed me as her client on time sensitive matters. I have emailed multiple times over that the last few months to her and her assistant but have not received any response back. Do not waste your time with this firm, they will ignore you and cause delays in the process.

These are the best people you could ever work with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Josh, Kristina, Ashley and all his staff were wonderful. When you have a question I would receive call backs in the same day, many times within an hour. I would highly recommend the Ramos team for any of your legal needs.
