I hired Zabrina and her team to help me with a TN application. I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with her professionalism, knowledge, and timely delivery. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for these types of professional services. From the onset of the consultation period, Zabrina was very knowledgeable and experienced. She outlined the process to us in a very succinct manner. She was able to easily lay out the process in a way anyone could understand. This allowed me to work and talk to potential employers intelligently about the TN process. Once we retained Zabrina and her team, they worked very quickly and efficiently. The package was delivered in the time she said it would be. After I had time to review the TN package she walked me through what to expect when crossing the border. She was able to provide detailed and comprehensive support on how to prepare for the TN process. I am extremely satisfied with her work and could not recommend her enough. I will be sure to use her services again for my immigration related needs in the future.

I could not speak more highly about Zabrina Reich and her colleagues. I had contacts with several lawyers, CBP, USCIS etc in the past 2 decades to no avail receiving any concrete and factual information regarding permanent waivers for Canadian Citizens where the required Border Crossing Card had been lost. In our initial telephone meeting with Zabrina and her colleagues it was evident that Zabrina was not only very knowledgeable but that, before our meeting, she also undertook extra research to provide relevant facts and answers with which we could clearly decide on further action!

Found out about this firm through TN Visa Bulletin...which features blog posts by Brian Zuccaro. I read many of his blog entries and it was obvious that Brian is an expert and a thought leader in this space. My situation was dire, I was looking to apply for my TN permit in a matter of days, but I was very ill prepared. After doing my own research on the TN process, I realized that I needed legal counsel. That's where Brian came in. I scheduled a one hour consultation with Brian (at a very competitive and affordable rate). What I really appreciated is that all the supporting documents were requested prior to the consultation. This means that the lawyer gets a chance to review your case before the consultation... And also the fact that your one hour won't be wasted on figuring out paper work. Long story short, Brian's consultation was on point. After that one hour I really felt like I can build a very solid case for my TN permit, where as before I was 95% sure that I wasn't going to get it. I went to the border in a couple of days and I successfully obtained my TN Status. Thanks Brian! Couldn't do it without you.

Please avoid this company. I Hired Serotte Reich in 2017 (4 years ago) to deal with an immigration case. In this time they have taken over $20,000 USD from me and achieved absolutely nothing. The most frustrating thing is that they barely respond, I have waited up to 6 months before for a simple reply back to an email, They have no empathy or professionalism to even pick up the phone to give a simple update. My last response from them was over a year ago even though I have called and emailed multiple times. If you want to charge clients thousands of dollars, at least have the the common courtesy to spend 30 seconds replying to an email I have been scammed and I do not recommend anybody hire them as you will lose your money.
