As a disabled guy, it’s funny that I make too much to qualify for help. They gave me two other numbers to call. The lawyer referral line told me there’s no lawyers in the area that handle tenant rights/illegal eviction stuff. So that’s just lovely.

This place is amazing! I had a arrest on my record that was being seen and causing problems for me though no charges came from it. This made it tricky to get resolved since no charges were even with it. They helped me get the history of arrest erased and I am forever grateful. I have been able to move forward in my career without question about that silly situation ever again. They all were helpful, concerned, professional and efficient. Thank you!

As I now face homelessness as I 19th of August I must leave my home of 8 years having covid should have covered my June rent July rent and August Aurora denied me I pray IERA STEPS IN to help in getting a home I have been discriminated against o will use NFHUSA AND legal services.

They were the greatest I could have ever hoped for exalent job very professional and compassionate to their clients feelings and needs

If I could give this a negative review I would. I was referred by DCS for help with an ongoing custody battle, and the lady said she didn’t take those types of cases. I was attempting to ask where to go for help as I can’t afford a private lawyer and she just repeated that she couldn’t help and then hung up on me. Very rude, very unhelpful people. Don’t even bother calling.

Couldn't get through to even put in an application and the online app is so hard to do...especially on your phone.

They never take your case and they are in the business to help those that can't afford an attorney yet they don't give you one
