I hired Tevis Reich to assist me in the eviction process of some very difficult tenants. Tevis was wonderful in explaining every detail of the proceedings and he took time to answer my questions. Contacted the law office of Tevis Reich for a consultation about an issue we have with a contractor. They asked who the parties were to verify if a conflict of interest existed before setting up an appointment with us. We live in Williams about 45 minutes away from Flagstaff. When we arrive for the appointment, they ask us to fill out paperwork we had already completed on-line. A few minutes later, Tevis came out of his office and said there was a conflict of interest that would prevent him from meeting with us. He wouldn’t tell us anything about the conflict of interest. Just that they made a mistake and he couldn’t meet with us. Really? I had to take half a day off of work, and drive for 1.5 hours for nothing because they were careless and all he can say is "I’m sorry". Avoid this guy unless you like to be jerked around. Edit to reply to Tevis’ response below: Tevis is trying to make it sound like it was our fault. My wife called up their office and provided the names of all parties. The person who took the information, I think her name was Zoe, checked with Tevis and told us there was no conflict of interest. Five minutes after we arrived for the appointment he comes out to say there is a conflict of interest and he can’t talk with us, or disclose the conflict. So either he didn’t bother to look at the information we had provided days before until the five minutes after we arrived for our scheduled appointment, or he never bothered to inform us he would need to cancel the appointment due to a conflict before we drove the 45 minutes to Flagstaff. Either way it was very unprofessional.
