Whoever answers their phone is very rude. I was not sure what kind of lawyer I need in my case. The man on the phone stated "do you want to see someone?". I told him "I just need to know if you guy are the kind of lawyers I need for my specific case, so I just wanted to give some background." And he replied "well I wouldn’t be speaking to you if I didn’t know what I was doing. So do you want to see someone?". I hung up. I was very kind and he was being a jerk for no reason. I decided it was better to walk away if this is the type of customer service they offer.

Mr. Allen is an excellent lawyer and I cannot say enough good things about how he handled my criminal case. I have never had any charges against me, and Mr. Allen was sensitive to my situation and the mental health aspects to my case. He explained the legal processes throughout and worked to get the charges against me dropped to the lesser charges against me. He supported me through my court appearances and worked with the Prosecution and the Judge so I received the second lowest charge in my case. I am extremely happy with the services Mr. Allen provided and highly recommend him. The legal services provided by Mr. Allen are truly outstanding.

I made a call to Mr.Allen to help my son with a case and he did and awesome job preparing my son and gave outstanding advice on what he should do before his court date. Mr. Allen is certainly one of the best attorneys we worked with. It was civil case against my wife from a property management company demanding to pay an absurd amount of money for some damages on the carpeting when we left. We thought it would be covered with the initial deposit and we didn’t really think too much of it. Moving forward when we received summons, we were able to find Mr. Allen online who had numerous 5 star reviewed. We contacted him about our case and he agreed to take it. My wife didn’t want to go through the hassle of going through the court scene. But Mr. Allen was very strategic during the court day and met with the opposing party and got the payment amount reduced to something significantly less. My wife was very happy that 1) she didn’t have to even step into the court room 2) we certainly didn’t have to pay the crazy initial amount. He is certainly experienced, straight forward, and confident in his abilities. He is definitely the attorney you want on your side.
