I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. I'm currently using them to get custody of my kids. They seemed great initially. Once the case started, no one will answer my phone calls even when I left messages telling them my kids could be in danger. I've had my attorney switched 4 times over the 1 year period that ive been using them. I haven't been able to contact my attorney for a month. I'm not sure if they are working for me or my ex. Do not put your family's well being in their hands. They'll just ghost you when you need them the most. Completely unprofessional business.

If act like I'm trying to help you for a fee was a person this is it. Don't waste your time or money if you really need legal help. The service only refer you to attorneys. If you're lucky to speak to an attorney they offer you discounted fees only because you are a member. That's the catch. You might as well call the bar association or Google an attorney in your area. Every attorney I was referred to was not knowledgeable in reference to law in my state. They we'rnt even located in my area. You have to wait days to get a call back from someone only to be thrown back in a loop. I was sent in circles to figure how to get help. No real help. I still had to use self help. It's a rip off. Save your money.

Excellent experience! They provide a much needed service to help with the legal needs of fixed income and those financially unable to afford an attorney otherwise. Nothing but praise for the entire organization and perhaps those in search of a worthy recipient of charitable donations would consider Southeast Leagal Services. My thanks to them for their much needed help in my time of crisis.

If I could give the rating a 0, I would absolutely do so! I’m sure there are some people with this organization that genuinely do care about helping others. It sucks that all it takes is 1 negative person to ruin the name for the business. I would advise any and everyone that if you are assigned Latigdra Brown, RUNNN! She has got to be the absolute most inconsiderate, unprofessional, rude, "attorney" that you could ever imagine! I sure hope someone with authority over her sees this and addresses her issues! I will be posting this on every review site I can find!
