I was in a real pickle. Jared was the only attorney that I trusted with my complicated, high-conflict child support case. I had a hearing in less than a week that I suddenly needed representation for upon reading the opposing parties exhibit submissions. Jared gifted me a free phone consult that got me through the hearing without him being there. He would have attended but he had an international trip planned that he said would not be logistically possible. I could tell he really thought it through trying to make representing me work, but couldn't. He came off as honest, knowledgeable & caring. My child support support hearing was successful! I have worked with Jared since 2021 (this review is long overdue) for a complex custody case with multiple motions across countries. Without over communicating, Jared is very knowledgeable, fair with the best interests of my children in mind. Last but not least, he is a great person to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Jared. He took on my boyfriends case after his local lawyer on kauai had dropped him as a client. Jared jumped right in and handled business with professionalism and was quick! He fixed ALL the mistakes the previous lawyer made, he was quick to answer any emails/calls/ questions, and really fought for his client. He was extremely professional and knowledgable in court. Jared is a lawyer you need to hire if you are looking for a family lawyer!!! He is friendly, easy to work with and will work in your best interest until the very end. He won’t nickel and dime you nor have you rack up unnecessary lawyer fees. He’s going to get the job done without all the unnecessary back and forth. He will advise you with his extensive experience. He has been invaluable in helping me get my divorce finalized in less than 6 months. I cannot say enough good things about Jared. You never want to have to file for divorce , but if you do you will be in good hands with Jared. When I had my initial consultation with Jared regarding my custody case, he shared details of my options other attorneys did not; He was very patient, knowledgeable and an attentive listener. Although he’s very busy, he made the time to keep me updated on my case and was on top of his work. He was very hands on and communicated with me directly versus through an assistant. Jared was a phenomenal lawyer throughout the entire process of working with him. When my former husband and I were looking to process our amicable divorce, we knew we wanted to work with a lawyer that could help us keep the process clean and drama free. We originally tried processing the divorce on our own, but the paperwork was a nightmare. We spoke to many lawyers in the process, all of which just seemed to create unnecessary issues and couldn't seem to understand that we wanted to do this peacefully and with compassion. When we met Jared, we knew he was the one. He was down to earth, had great communication, and really respected our wishes on how we wanted to move forward with the dissolution. Our divorce wrapped up last year and my ex and I remain great friends, I believe much of this has to do with how easy Jared made everything. If you are looking for a lawyer, this is your guy.

Having Jared as an attorney made the court process a lot more easier. Being involved in court was one of the hardest things to go through especially when it involves your child, but with all the emotions & questions, Jared was a huge help. No matter what day or time it was, Jared always made sure to answer my calls or texts. Even when he was busy, he answered as soon as possible. He did follow up’s along with updates on the case weekly just to make sure everything was going well. He helped in so many ways that he possibly could & I cannot thank him enough for what he has done to help during this time. Overall, Jared was an amazing attorney & very professional.
