I was planning on being in Ca for a far longer time and thanks to David I was back home in no time. David Chesley was able to get a DUI charge thrown out for my friend after he drove into the neighbor’s fence and was arrested. Although he wasn't in the vehicle at the time the police arrived and came to our house. David knows everything there is to know about breathalyzer and blood alcohol tests. He told us what the police are and are not allowed to do, and what my friend’s rights were in the situation. Police failed to have him sign a waiver on the scene, and by overlooking this we won at the DMV and he was able to avoid a license suspension. Prior to trial he was able to get the case thrown out as he had no prior record, and the circumstances of his arrest which occurred after the accident were deemed questionable.
