Pésimo servicio, más de 2 años esperando respuesta de un caso y aún sigo esperando. Pagué por el servicio pero al parecer perdí el dinero. Ojalá existiera la opción de -0 estrellas, porque no merecen más.

I hired this law firm to help with my husband’s Adjustment of Status and paid them in full. At the time, I had just returned from maternity leave and suffered a severe car accident, leaving me seriously injured. Despite knowing our situation, they failed to provide proper support, and my husband was left to face court and detention alone, ultimately resulting in his deportation. I do not recommend this firm.

Extremely dangerous experience. This firm operates under the guise of an immigration office, but their first priority is collecting your most private documents before even discussing a case. When I realized this was fishy and tried to back out, they turned aggressive, using threats to try and extort money from me. A real attorney would never behave this way. They are preying on people’s vulnerability. Be very careful; once they have your details, they will use them against you to demand payment.

I asked them for initial consultation and they are asking my original document. All sensitive information. I stop that on first call. Because no Immigration firm asking that kind of documents for first consultation. It look very dangerous and fishy. Please be aware of providing document before you actually handling case to this firm. The same situation happed to another people before also, that I read when posting this review.

I'm scared after the call I had with them just now, they gathered all my info and now they're calling to interrogate into how important a service is to me and how much I'm willing to pay, like what? Then they hang up on me. Left me very uneasy. Yeah I still don't want to take my business to a lawyer office that will charge you depending on how in need or how much money you're willing to pay. they should have a flat rate for a standard process

I would say working with the Mehta law firm was quite interesting and this is my honest opinion. Some of the staff that was working there were not reliable or competent for there role as a para legal 😒they don’t update or follow up with information or just there promise of a call back. But once u voice ur displeasure it would get dealt with efficiently. I gave them 5 stars because they got me my social and work permit in less than two months, they send updates of any new information regarding my case or upload it to my portal after informing me. Miss Pooja is very resilient and honest and a very good lawyer she gets shit done (excuse my language 😄) she helped my sister as well with her asylum and is now handling my mothers case. She never miss an hearing and tries her best to fix any hiccups cause by any of her employees so all an all they are a very respectable and trustworthy law firm, they might not be perfect for everyone but u just have to take a chance for yourself. I would definitely refer and recommend 🤷‍♀️I already did I.E MY!!! Opinion and experience. U don’t have to follow but if u do trust u r in good hands. good luck to all the immigrants out there fighting for a chance at a new or good life.🙏

I had a great experience working with this law firm. They kept me updated and took care of my matter swiftly. I was happy with the service and outcome overall, and the person was always accessible to talk. Every member of the staff genuinely cares about their customers. Would 100% reccomend!
