I gave attorney Gregory Rosetto $250 for a case evaluation that was time sensitive, I needed the help within 2 weeks. After not doing anything and not contacting me, just asking me to send paperwork instead of doing the "Discovery" like they’re supposed to, I had my court case and so I called them back to let them know that they did not offer me the help I paid them for, and I would like a refund. They said okay. 2 weeks went by and I just called because they had not called me back nor sent the refund. Turns out they decided to deny the refund because my case evaluation was already done. But I never got a call and never got a case evaluation. Just the attorney telling me to go hire a criminal attorney to tell me how this case can affect my immigration, which I already discussed with him that I would do before I paid him $250. I paid him money to do his job which he didn’t. They are subpar, don’t know how to do anything. I’ve wasted 4 weeks just talking to the front desk about a case that is time sensitive and can carry serious implications. And they still haven’t refunded my money. I’m gonna report them to BBB
