My husband had an AOS (I-485&I-130)case with USCIS. We had an interview in August 2021 and it didn't get approved. The interview went wrong.We were told that they will need REF otherwise the case will be denied. We didn't have a lawyer at that time and we decided to get one since the case got complicated. Following that on May 18, 2022 my husband Green Card got approved. We couldn't ask for more. It was overwhelming!! Now we are both discharged from that stress and we sleep better😊 My husband who now has a GreenCard can finally apply for some jobs he couldn't and he can apply for Financial aid to finish his degree.
