I had a great initial experience and everything was great until Shane Jennings would not keep communication and dropped a portion of my case without my acknowledgment. I’ve requested a call back with an update and he blatantly ignored my request multiple times.

EXCELLENT WORK !!!!!!! The law office of w. Shane Jennings represented me after I was hit by a drunk drive that ran a red light when I was in my company vehicle. I was very happy with the outcome. Mr Jennings made sure I was taken care of and got me a very good settlement. Him and his team are amazing. The Law Office of W. Shane Jennings was great in resolving my case. I had 2 cases and both were dismissed!! From the first day I can tell Mr. Jennings was caring, compassionate and understanding of my situation. I was assigned to Dan (lawyer at the office) who worked on my case and was very aggressive, competent and showed great professionalism. Dan was very honest and was there form me on the phone or in person to answer any of my questions that I had throughout the process. I really appreciated the access to my lawyer because court cases can be stressful and this help reduced my stress/anxiety. The office staff was also great with the front staff reminding of pretrial dates etc over the phone and email. One other awesome thing Mr. Jennings did is work with me on the cost. Hiring lawyers can be costly but Mr. Jennings gave me a great a payment plan over several months which helped reduce the stress of having to pay of the case. One thing I wanted to state and emphasize is no matter the cost hire a private defense lawyer over having a public defender! The effort that Dan and Mr. Jennings put was phenomenal. Their hard work is really is worth every penny!

Lifesaver!!! We are so happy we had Mr. Jennings on our side, to fight my husband's case. We are from Tucson, and we suddenly got notice that charges were filed and he needed to appear in Deming, NM. Not only did we never have to drive to NM, but in less than 3 weeks, the case was dismissed altogether. This guy doesn't mess around, and doesn't hesitate. He is amazing! He and his assistant, Leslie, were both so awesome to work with, and always helped reassure me, and keep me calm during this terrifying ordeal. I hope I never need his services again, but if anyone is facing criminal charges, call him! He will do whatever he can to help! Thank you again!!

Law office of Mr. Jennings was an extremely awesome decision I've made. Mr. Jennings was positive about my case and got it dismissed! So grateful to have chosen him to defend me. Mr. Jennings also was humble enough to help me with payment plan without hesitation in continuing with my case. Leslie helped all the way as well.
