NO LO RECOMIENDO 📌 1-Uscis cerró mi caso administrativamente por casi un año porque PERALES envió un documento que no era el correcto aún cuando le hice saber personalmente que me habían dicho en el centro de procesamiento del paso que necesitaba otro, 2-después de re abrirme el caso lo vuelven a cerrar por falta de evidencia, mi acta de nacimiento se envió SIN TRADUCCIÓN, luego pude ver en mi aplicación de Uscis que enviaron el acta traducida de dos años atrás lo que CONFIRMA que simplemente se les OLVIDÓ. 3-OLVIDARON pagar $800 dólares de la cuota de Uscis siendo que PERALES me CONDICIONÓ que si no pagaba no podían enviar las formas. Entre otras cosas. PERALES ES UNA PERSONA PREPOTENTE, ARROGANTE Y MUY POCO PROFESIONAL,EN VARIAS OCASIONES SE ATREVIÓ A LEVANTARME LA VOZ ADEMÁS DE AVERME ACUSADO DE MENTIROSA PARA JUSTIFICAR SUS ERRORES (TENGO PRUEBAS) Es casi IMPOSIBLE poder ver al Abogado cara a cara , NO HAY COMUNICACIÓN POR PARTE DE SU OFICINA, EL ABOGADO LE DIJO TAJANTEMENTE A MI ESPOSO QUE NO HABLÁRAMOS POR TELÉFONO PORQUE NOS IBAN A COBRAR CADA LLAMADA QUE MEJOR NOS COMUNICÁRAMOS VÍA CORREO ELECTRÓNICO COSA QUE HICIMOS PERO PARA NUESTRA SORPRESA TAMBIÉN LOS CORREOS LOS COBRARON, Ellos te dan una cifra a pagar PERO NO LA RESPETAN EN LO ABSOLUTO TERMINÉ PAGANDO CASI 5 VECES MÁS DE LO QUE HABÍAN DICHO EN UN INICIO. Lo único que puedo decir bien de ellos es que Denise siempre me atendió muy amable aún cuando PERALES LE ECHABA A ELLA LA CULPA DE QUE SI YO RECIBÍA O NO NOTIFICACIONES.

I strongly advise against hiring this attorney. He takes your money but does little to nothing in return. He fails to communicate, does not explain the legal process, and continuously postponed cases without clear justification. You will rarely, if ever, see him in person, as all interactions are handled by his unprofessional and rude stuff. His lack of competence and inability to negotiate effectively only add to the frustration of an already stressful legal situation.
