Base on reading some nasty reviews, I had to take this opportunity to say that although my divorce was file by Legal services of Alabama almost 9 years ago they took my information and I was on my way to divorce in no time. They were extremely helpful at getting me aligned with the right friendly professionals who was on top of finalizing my divorce in just a short time. If you need help with retraining orders or other domistic issues just ask one of them. They told me exactly how to go about getting a protective order filed and how I could get help with any cost at the Lee county judicial circuit clerk office base on my being low income. I have use there services since on a couple different occasions and although I found my answers through just a lead from a professional who helped get answers on how to avoid an eviction base on an error the landlord made. I was just as pleased with them as I was back in 2013 when I applied for help with my divorce. Thanks Legal Services Of Alabama.

The attorneys and staff at Legal Services Alabama are highly educated and very knowledgeable. Despite heavy caseload, the genuinely care about their clients. You may have long wait times for an appointment or assistance but just try to remain patient. They will take care of you as soon as they can.

They rejected me through e-mail, without even actually talking with me, & without learning that I don't have as much money as it appears on paper. I'm a Medically Retired 💯% Disabled Combat Veteran, listed as Unemployable & paying Child Support for 4 children.

I was a nervous wreck the day I went to Legal Services regarding 2 collection cases. One in which I had court for the same day. The attorney really helped put my mind at ease. I was worried I may lose my job over these cases. He guided me in what to do for my case that was the same day since he couldn't attend with me. And for the other case he said he would handle everything for me. I thank God for them!!! Knowing that I had someone on my side made me realize that no matter what happened everything would be ok in the end.
