If you are looking for a competent, responsive and detail-oriented law firm, I would recommend any lawyer other than Keshab Raj Shady. Throughout the time of the case, it was incredibly difficult to get a hold of Keshab. He only talked to me about the fees, after which speaking to him was next to impossible. Emails would go unanswered for weeks/months. Calls would go unanswered and unreturned. This resulted in the case getting dragged out for 3 years. I have paid ~$8,000 in legal fees and received less than an hour of legal advice from Keshab, as he keeps having incompetent paralegals deal with clients. Despite the complexities of the case, any concerns were repeatedly dismissed, without Keshab doing any due diligence on his end. On top of that, they consistently made errors in important immigration documents! The sponsor’s name was mistakenly put as the immigrant, which would have been a huge mistake if it had not been caught by us. I have never seen this level of lack of attention to detail from a law firm. I am convinced all the positive reviews are from friends and family and I would deeply urge anyone to reconsider working with this law firm. The terrible responsiveness, lack of attention to detail, and lack of sufficient legal guidance has been incredibly frustrating. Even one star is too generous. Do not waste your time and money!

Most unprofessional and self-absorbed lawyer with lawfirm full of uninformed staff. Any question from a client has to be answered by keshab who is never around and if you manage to get hold of him after calling thousands of time will not listen to you or let you speak but will vomit every possible scenarios without underatanding your sutuation just to get rid of you.Even after taking their money does not even have a courtesy to allocate time to meet with client.
