Bhavya Chaudhary and Richard Quan are exceptional immigration attorneys. My husband and I worked with several immigration attorneys through our employers over the past 11 years and our experience with Bhavya and Richard was by far the best. They took the time to explain each step of the process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel organized and manageable. I had an excellent experience working with Bhavya Chaudhary and her case manager Swapna Menon and their team. I never thought my case would get resolved when I have very little time to respond and move forward when I have only one last chance. If I didn't make a phone call to Bhavya and speak to her about my case that needs to be responded to in very little time then me and my family will not be happy, which we are all happy that we have chosen the right lawyer. About case manager Swapna Menon, an excellent person she was working on my case from day one until i received all my documents in my hand. She did her job with experience and excellent to respond to all my questions on case by email, talking over phone, no personal visit to the office which I didn't even feel i need one. Very Professional service answered all my questions and made my stressful immigration journey very smooth and easy. They were always there all the way through any questions and had a response ready, always told me to keep a cool head and they'll worry about the results. Low quality and extremely unprofessional. Pros: Inexpensive. Cons: Please read through the review carefully to understand. 1. Bhavya shows up to the meeting late multiple times without any advance notice. It is not 5-7 minutes delay. It is often times 30minutes to an hour delay. 2. Bhavya is unprepared and often mistaken about your case-details. Even after showing up late she is factually incorrect, reading about the case details "during the meeting" vs. being prepared. Her judgment is fairly superficial that even you can Google. 3. Bhavya's review often misses important details. Bhavya is confused whether she reviewed your case before sending it to USCIS or not! THEY DON"T EVEN SHARE YOUR CASE WITH YOU unless you do multiple follow-ups. How difficult is this? I literally have stuff over emails where Bhavya is saying she didn't review a case and said she was confused! 4. Bhavya has appointed an associate named RICHARD: This person is RUDE by any standards! Cannot use Zoom or Google Meet. It is very hard to collaborate. He is borderline abusive with clients. He prepared and reviewed "testimonial letters" which looked identical and a main reason USCIS deemed for a case denial. Imagine- This remained unnoticed from Bhavya and Richard BOTH! 5. Richard refused to share any details and told me to STAY AWAY about how he's building my case or the criteria he's using. Why would they do that? He missed multiple things in preparing the case and outcome was WEAK! 6. It is hard to reach Bhavya even if you call her office (Give it a try by looking at the phone number!) and drop a message with their admin. It takes a week even if you have a straightforward question!

My experience with BCA Law Firm was extremely disappointing. I hired her for my immigration case, but I did not receive the level of professionalism or honesty I expected. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt misled about the progress of my case. I invested significant time, trust, and money, and felt emotionally drained by how the situation was handled. I would advise anyone considering this firm to ask detailed questions in writing and make sure all agreements are clear before proceeding. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions.
