I have had the unfortunate experience of working with Mr. Abdelrahman Zeini on two separate occasions, ten years apart, and both instances left me deeply dissatisfied. First Experience (10 Years Ago): I engaged Mr. Abdelrahman Zeini through a mortgage broker to assist with the purchase of a condo. Unfortunately, the transaction did not proceed as planned. Due to what I perceived as Abdelrahman Zeini's lack of experience or incompetence, we ended up losing our deposit when the seller backed out of the deal. What was particularly disappointing was that Mr. Abdelrahman Zeini made no effort to recover our deposit or advocate on our behalf. This left us feeling unsupported and financially strained. Second Experience (This Year): Despite my previous experience, I decided to give Mr. Abdelrahman Zeini another chance this year, primarily because he was part of my company's legal plan and specialized in a specific living trust form, we needed. After an initial consultation call where he assured us of his full cooperation and assistance, I was hopeful. However, my optimism quickly turned to frustration as I never heard back from him, despite numerous messages and voicemails. This lack of communication and follow-through was incredibly unprofessional and left us scrambling to find another lawyer to handle our legal needs. In both instances, Mr. Abdelrahman Zeini failed to meet basic professional standards. The lack of communication, follow-through, and advocacy were consistent issues that led to significant inconvenience and financial loss. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I would strongly advise others to consider these experiences before engaging his services.
