I had an exceptional experience at an Application Support Center (ASC) when I walked in for an urgent biometric appointment. Despite arriving just 25 minutes before closing, the staff understood the urgency of my situation and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their willingness to help, even when it was so close to the end of their day, truly impressed me. The team worked efficiently and with a positive attitude, ensuring everything was completed smoothly before closing time. I am incredibly thankful for their understanding, professionalism, and dedication to helping customers in need. This level of service made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I deeply appreciate their efforts. Highly recommended!

Excellent superb service overall - FAST, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT. The Guard is very friendly and helpful. And the Lady - one (wo)man show - she is doing an amazing job! Thank you! I got my Greencard (renewal) in just under 5 weeks.

Excellent service. Staff are very nice and helpful. Guards, Lady, officer are very amazing and humble talking to you and they are doing everything to help you out. We went there without an appointment and they have considered us without any issue, no question asked. Definitely recommend this place who needs any help in ASC. Before visited this office, I went to the ASC in South El Monte and found them very rude and not helpful. They straight forward decline our walk-in and gave us appointment on a later date after kept us waiting for an hour.

Friendly staff and are quick to process you! Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to get things done
