My experience was so deeply disappointing that I feel obligated to share it in hopes of preventing others from going through the same frustration. The first red flag appeared when months passed before any progress was made on my paperwork—without explanation and with no sense of urgency. Sadly, that was only the beginning. Gigi, the supposed point of contact for the office, is practically impossible to reach. Getting in touch with her feels like chasing a mirage. Phone calls aren’t returned, emails go unanswered, and her absence is the only consistent part of the entire process. It’s astonishing how someone in such a crucial role can be so persistently unavailable when clients are simply seeking basic updates. To make matters worse, Gardner Gordan not only failed to deliver on what they promised but also refused to issue a refund—despite the request being made before any work had even begun. It’s hard not to feel that the firm’s priorities lie more with securing payments than supporting the people who trusted them with their cases. And then there’s the bait-and-switch. Gigi initially assured me my application would be expedited at no additional cost, only to later demand a staggering $2,500 extra fee. The abrupt reversal was not only unprofessional but felt blatantly deceptive.

Adding insult to injury, Gardner Gordan's sheer audacity to not only fail to deliver on their promises but also refuse to issue a refund for their incompetence is truly astonishing. This was requested before they even began to do any work. It's clear they care more about their bottom line than the satisfaction and well-being of the clients who trusted them. And let's not forget the classic bait-and-switch maneuver orchestrated by Gigi herself. She had the audacity to assure me that my application would be expedited free of charge, only to pivot later and demand an astronomical extra fee of $2500. Such blatant and deceitful behavior reeks of unscrupulous intentions. There is one bright spot in this firm and that is Paralegal Brenda. She has been the sole person to help and seems to always be available. If I didn't know any better I would have assumed it was her name on the practice and not Gigi. In sum, Gardner Gordan has proven to be an exercise in frustration and unprofessionalism. The lack of communication, the indifference to clients' needs, and the disregard for transparency have left me deeply disheartened. It's my sincere hope that others will read this review and think twice before entrusting their legal matters to a firm that has demonstrated such a staggering lack of integrity. Avoid Gardner Gordan like the plague. Your time, money, and sanity deserve better than what they have to offer.
