My case was a complicated one. I’m a foreigner who received a conditional green card through marriage, but I went through a divorce before obtaining my permanent green card. After applying for Removal of Conditions, I received a Request for Evidence from USCIS and decided to seek help. Carmen was incredibly professional and attentive. She paid close attention to every detail of my intricate case, and her guidance was always precise and tailored to the evidence I had, especially important since my ex-spouse would not respond or cooperate in any way. Even with that added difficulty, she helped me structure everything correctly. Recently, I received my approval notice from USCIS. After years of frustration, back-and-forth, anxiety, sleepless nights, and thousands of dollars spent throughout the entire process, the conditions were finally removed. My green card is now fully mine and no longer tied to my ex-spouse. It’s also worth mentioning that these cases require a lot of personal effort, hundreds of hours gathering documents, organizing evidence, and being extremely meticulous.
